10 Feb Ichthion signs Letter of Intent to work with Ecuadorian Government towards protecting Galapagos
The Ministers of the Environment, Marcelo Mata Guerrero and, of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries, Pablo Campana, signed a letter of commitment with our CEO Inty Grønneberg, with the objective of developing and implementing the initiative of the Ichthion company for the collection of plastic waste in the rivers ofEcuador.
The plastics that leave from the rivers towards the Ecuadorian coasts are directed by the oceanic currents towards the Galapagos Islands, and for this reason it is important to avoid the flow of plastics.
